I’m having issues with the stream. Video pausing / slides not advancing. What do I do?
There are three steps you can try to clear these issues. They are:
- Try refreshing the feed.
- Try an alternate browser.
- If any of these do not work, it is likely the strength of your internet connection. If you using WiFi, then perhaps trying to move closer to the router.
How do I Skip to the Session I Want to Watch?
Moving forward or back in the presentation is done by clicking on the blue dot and sliding left or right in the talk.
Error: “Your playback ticket is not valid for this session”
UPDATE: This issue should be fully resolved. If you are still getting these messages, please clear your browser cache and reload the presentation.
1) Simply click okay on the error message.
2) Next, click on the box with an arrow to popout the video feed from the page it is embedded in.
3) New Popout Window View
4) You may need to click on the play button in the bottom left of the new player window
5) You may also need to click on the small play button in the new popout window
How do I ask a question for the speaker? (Live Stream Only)
To ask a question, simply click on the small talk button in the player to submit your question to the speaker.
You will see a form that you can submit for the presenter.
Note: The stream is approximately 1-3 minutes behind the actual presentation. Submit your question early to make sure it is seen
I missed a talk, will I be able to view it later?
Yes, each presentation is recorded and will be available to watch at a later time. Presentations should be available for viewing within 24 hours. Additionally, attendees will have access to the course content online through this website after the course is complete for a minimum of 6 months.
How do I reset my password?
If you are unable to login and need to reset your password, please visit this page to request a link to change your password. This will send an email to you with a link to reset your password. You will need to enter the email address that you registered with to do this.
I didn’t receive the password reset email, what do I do?
Sometimes these emails end up in your SPAM folder, please check there if it doesn’t come to your inbox. If you do not receive the email, please fill out our support form and we will email you new login information directly. Please be patient as this process may take up to 30 minutes during the event depending on how quickly we can address the need.
